Each listing sets its own minimum stay, and it's shown on the listing page. Most places on Furnished Keys are for stays of a month or longer.

No. Sending an inquiry is free. Your message goes straight to the owner or manager of the listing.

Every listing shows the monthly rent apart from utilities, deposits and any other fees, so you can see the full cost before you reach out. If something isn't clear, ask the owner in your inquiry.

Not yet. For now you send an inquiry, the owner replies, and the two of you agree on dates and terms.

That depends on the listing. Filter for pet-friendly places when you browse, and mention your pets in your inquiry.

Each listing shows when the owner last confirmed its availability.

Nothing. Listing is free. Furnished Keys only earns when your place actually rents.

You do. Renters send inquiries to you, and you choose who stays and when.
